It is important for you to be familiar with Renae’s Diabetes Management Plan. Read it and refer to it often until you know all of the support you are required to provide to Renae.

To show you have understood the most important parts of Renae’s Diabetes Management Plan, ask Stephanie for a copy of the Diabetes Management Quiz. Answer the questions making sure you read the instructions and questions carefully. Stephanie will then check your answers and give you feedback on your responses.
